Meet
I’ve been the person people call when they need something figured out for most of my life.
My relationship with computers started when I was about 14 or 15, when our home computer became completely overrun with pop-ups and viruses. I didn’t really know what I was doing yet, I just knew I wanted to know why it wasn’t working. So I started taking things apart, researching, troubleshooting, putting things back together, and teaching myself how computers actually worked.
Apparently, I never grew out of that.
What started as curiosity eventually turned into more than 13 years of professional experience repairing computers, troubleshooting technology, and helping people navigate the increasingly ridiculous number of devices, accounts, passwords, printers, apps, updates, and other things we're all somehow expected to know how to use.
But somewhere along the way, I realized that fixing the problem was only half of what I was good at.
I genuinely enjoy working with people who aren’t tech people.
You don't need to know the right terminology before you call me. You don't need to apologize because you clicked something you probably shouldn't have. And there is absolutely no need to preface your question with,
“This is probably stupid, but…” I don't think it is.
Sometimes you just need someone who will sit down with you, figure out what is happening, fix what needs fixing, and explain it in normal human language. If you want to learn how to do it yourself next time, I'll show you.If you'd rather I just make the thing work again, I can do that too.
That same mentality is really what became Zade Professional Services.
Technology may have been where I started, but problem-solving has always been the actual skill.
I'm organized, resourceful, endlessly curious, and very good at taking something that feels complicated or overwhelming and figuring out what needs to happen next. Over the years, that has expanded naturally into mobile notary services and the other practical, hands-on services I offer today.
I wanted to build the kind of business where you don't have to search for a different company every time some random problem comes up. You just have one person you trust enough to text and ask.
If it's something I do, I'll take care of it. If it's not, I'll tell you that too.
Simple as that.
